Bioneers Gets Big Turnout for Annual Conference
The conference took place at the lovely Marin Center in San Rafael. There were about 3300 attendees and many more that experienced it simultaneously via satellite at 18 other conference sites around the U.S. - 12,000 people in all at sites from Anchorage, Alaska to Detroit, Michigan to Marion, Massachusetts. Paul Hawken showed a short film of individuals involved in social justice, ecological restoration and human rights work. The message: There is no enemy. And, the largest movement in the world has no name.
